"Got a reply quickly"
I reached out to them and they got back to me faster than I expected, which was nice. I was just checking my messages while making coffee, so it was a pleasant surprise to already see a response.

"Still not sure I can fully trust them"
I had some doubts after trying Steadily. The quote process itself was fine, but some of the information I got didn’t feel as clear as it should’ve been. When you’re dealing with something important like insurance, I think it’s only fair to be upfront and make sure people really understand what they’re signing up for. Maybe they work well for others, but I personally didn’t feel confident enough to trust them with my policy.

"Fair price compared to what I found elsewhere"
I got a quote from Steadily after checking a few other companies, and their price came in better than a couple of them. It wasn’t necessarily the cheapest one I saw, but compared to the others, the coverage felt more reasonable for the cost. The setup process was straightforward too, which I appreciated. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Easy to apply, with just a couple minor hiccups"
The application was straightforward and didn’t take long to get through. Most of the steps made sense, which I really appreciated because I didn’t feel like I was stuck guessing the whole time.
I did have to go back and double-check a couple of things, and one section could’ve been a little clearer, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a simple process, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Getting a quote wasn’t easy"
Getting a quote took way longer than I expected, and I was kinda confused through most of it. It just didn’t feel simple or straightforward at all.

"They kept me in the loop the whole time"
I really appreciated how clearly they explained everything because I’m the type of person who likes to understand what’s going on instead of just being told, “don’t worry about it.” Whenever I had a question, even if it was probably something simple, they got back to me and made sure I wasn’t left guessing. The updates were easy to follow, and I never felt confused about where things stood or what was supposed to happen next...

"Billing has been accurate"
I’ve had a decent experience with steadily so far. My bills have been what I expected and I haven’t seen any random charges pop up. It did take me a bit to find one invoice but overall it’s been fine.

"Cancellation was easy, but the refund part was disappointing"
I needed to cancel my policy, and to be fair, that part was straightforward. I sent in the request, heard back the same day, and they explained the basic next steps clearly enough.
I was a little disappointed, though, because the refund timing wasn’t really clear at first. I had to follow up with an extra question, which was kind of frustrating, but they did respond and eventually got it sorted out

"I tried reaching out to support a few..."
I tried reaching out to support a few times, I think around last Tuesday or maybe the week before, and just couldn’t get anyone to respond. It’s really frustrating when you need help and there doesn’t seem to be an actual way to get through to someone

"Didn’t cover where I needed it"
I tried using Steadily for one of my rental properties and got far into the process before finding out they didn’t really cover my area. I can’t say I wasn’t annoyed, because the website made it seem simple at first.
Support wasn’t bad or nothing, but I really think they need to make the location availability clearer upfront. If they’re available in your state, maybe it works out fine, but for me it mostly just ended up being a waste of time.

"Should’ve Trusted My Gut on the Refund"
Canceling the service was actually easy, so I thought the refund would be just as smooth. But it ended up taking way too long, and every time I reached out to support, the updates were vague and not very helpful. My instinct told me early on that it was going to drag out, and unfortunately, it did.

"Rude and unprofessional agent"
The agent’s attitude was bad. I felt like I was being talked down to the whole time, which was really frustrating. I get that customer service can be stressful, but there’s no reason to make someone feel stupid or unwelcome when they’re just trying to get help.

"Policy setup took way longer than expected"
I thought getting the policy set up would be quick, but it ended up taking much longer than I expected.
I kept having to wait around and check for updates, which got frustrating fast. The whole process didn’t feel very clear either, so I wasn’t always sure what was going on.
Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me, the slow setup made a bad first impression. Personally, I wouldn’t call it a great start

"I tried signing up, but after going through..."
I tried signing up, but after going through the process, it turned out my property type wasn’t even eligible. Kind of annoying because it felt like they could’ve made that clear upfront. left me a bit suspicious about why they let me get that far before telling me

"I used Steadily for one of my..."
I used Steadily for one of my rental properties, the coverage choices were good. They had landlord insurance options that my regular company kind of glossed over, or maybe just didn’t explain in a way that made sense to me. Picking what I needed was fairly easy, although a few of the add-ons could’ve been clearer because I was like, wait, do I need that or, anyway, I figured it out. The price felt fair too. Overall I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t say it was absolutely perfect...

"Customer service just didn't help"
I reached out to support thinking they'd be able to sort it out, but it took forever to get a response and then... nothing really got fixed. I kept waiting for an actual solution, but it just felt like I was going in circles and...

"Not really worth the price"
I mean, Steadily was fine to use overall, but it ended up feeling a bit too expensive for what I was getting. The quotes looked decent at first, but once the fees and coverage details came into the picture, it didn’t feel like such a good deal anymore. The service was okay, just not really the best value for me.

"Not the best fit for landlord insurance"
I was looking into this for landlord insurance, but it didn’t quite feel like the right fit for me. The pricing seemed a bit higher than I expected, and I found some of the details a little confusing to sort through. It might work better for others, but I ended up feeling like I needed something more straightforward.

"Renewal was not a hassle"
My renewal with Steadily was easy. They sent the notice early enough, so I had time to look everything over. The price was about what I expected, maybe a little higher, but nothing that surprised me too much. I had one question, and since support replied the next day, I was able to get it sorted without much stress. It wasn’t perfect, but it also wasn’t a big problem. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Felt left in the dark during underwriting"
I got a quote quickly, which was nice, but once it moved into underwriting, things got a lot less clear. They came back asking for more info later on, and any changes weren’t really explained in a way that made sense to me. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely felt a bit left in the dark and wasn’t sure what was happening or why
